Sunshine Compassionate Disability was founded by Suzane Haifa, whose personal and professional experiences guide every aspect of the business. After establishing her sole trader practice in March 2024 and working consistently across six to seven days each week, Suzane developed a strong understanding of reliability, commitment, and compassionate care.
Life experience has played a powerful role in shaping Sunshine Compassionate Disability. Supporting a partner through a serious workplace injury and multiple surgeries highlighted just how quickly life can change. That experience continues to influence our disability services, encouraging patience, empathy, and a steady presence during difficult times.
